Dawn Todd - Veterinary TechnicianDawn Todd - Veterinary Technician

Dawn was raised in Canastota, NY on her family's dairy farm. Living in this rural setting sparked Dawn's interest in caring for and treating animals of all kinds. After graduating from High School in 1990, she attended SUNY Delhi and graduated with a degree in Veterinary Technology in 1992. Dawn worked at three other veterinary practices before joining the Brookside team in May of 2006.

Dawn and her husband Roger married in 1998 and have two daughters, Donna and Ashley. Their personal pets include 4 donkeys, 3 dogs, 5 cats, 6 ducks, 10 chickens, 2 goats, 2 sheep, and cows. Roger and his brother and parents own and operate a dairy farm.

At work Dawn enjoys performing dentistries and talking to clients about their pets. She prides herself on her venipuncture skills since collecting blood samples from tiny and/or squirming patients can be a challenge. Outside of work her hobbies include baking, crochet, knitting, gardening, and playing with her children and her animals.
